Mastering $50.00 per song $400.00 per 10 song album (average turn-around time 6-8 hours) $500.00 per 15 song album (average turn-around time 8-10 hours) Why Master? 1. The overall volume of your project is very low, even compared to your lowest volumed commercially/store bought CDs. It also seems to lack punch, thickness, and an overall density. Here is an example of a song with master processing and without master processing. You will clearly see the difference and the importance of mastering. Mastererd-mix Un-mastered-mix Progressive Records mastering includes finalizing, master equalizing, final compression and limiting, cd authoring, and isrc coding burned directly to a professional red book reference CD ready for duplication. Want an example of how Progressive Records mastering can improve the sound quality of your recordings? Send an mp3 to dthami2@hotmail.com. Make sure you put 'Mastering' in the subject header of the email. All Mp3's must be at least 192 kbps, but we prefer 320 kbps if possible. The higher the resolution the better the results will sound! Take your wav. file into Apple itunes and go to the preferences section. Then go to the advanced tab and adjust the settings to convert your wav. file to mp3. Don't live in the Nashville area? Are you unavailable to attend the session? Mail us your mixes and we will master them and email back references until you are satified! For more details Click here to go to online mastering.

'The Nashville Sound' Projects $500.00 a song (must record at least 4 songs) (average turn-around time 5-7 business days) $5000.00 for package A (includes 10 songs tracked at big studio using the Nashville A-team session musicians that play on all of the modern country hits, overdubs, editing, mixing, mastering, and 2 red book reference CD's) Average turn-around time is 3-4 weeks from the date of the first tracking session. Why The Nashville Sound? Do you want your recordings to sound exactly like today's biggest hits? We don't mean in loudness and volume, we are talking about the guitar, fiddle, banjo, mandolin, and drum tones that we hear when listening to the radio as well as our favorite country CD's. The reason the songs on the radio and our country CD's sound similar is because there are a handful of session musicians that play on all of them. They are known as the Nashville A-team musicians. We use the same musicians on our Nashville Sound projects! These musicians are paid by the AFM standard scale at a 3-4 hour standard rate. That is why this project is more expensive and why we have to record at least 4 songs. Examples: Job Well Done - Contemporary/Country I Believe In You - Contemporary/Country
